Origin keeps going offline, discord too.

So my problem it's a bit strange and difficult to explain.
Sometimes, completely random, Origin goes offline, Apex says that it got disconncted from the servers and something strange happens with discord too. Basically I still remain in the server, i can hear others, but they can't hear me. Internet keeps working with everything else. This keeps happening ONLY when I open Apex Legends, so I think it's a problem related to the game. I don't know if this is the best place to ask, but I don't know what to do.
