I can confirm packet losses up to 50%, and it's only in battle royale game mode. Arena's work just fine. When i check server i'm connected to via "tracert" command it sees no losses, but in game nothing helps - losses persist up until game ends. Amount of packet loss also varies depending on amount of players left. Game starts with 50% packet loss and get to 10-15% to the end of it.
It seems this problem appeared with Hallowen patch, when Shadow battle royale was introduced.
Is there any known cure to this?

I have exactly the same problem since around that time, and it's unplayable at times.
For me it goes in bursts, seems fine for a while during a game and then suddenly packet loss spikes being teleported all over the place for a few seconds. Several network issue icons are then showing.
I'm on ethernet, have zero problems with any other games, and also when continuously pinging Google (or even some Apex server IP I found) during issues in the game there is no packet loss detectable.
Also tried switching from Amsterdam data center to Belgium one, but same issue unfortunately.
