Apex persistent server disconnection issue

For some reason every time i play apex, my first game is completely fine, every other game onwards im getting connection issues and disconnected from the pick screen, lag throughout the game and terrible packet loss, im oce but have to play on singapore servers since the oce ranked scene is dead so there is some expected lag thats fine, but ive never been disconnected constantly and this time when i got dced it wouldnt let me rejoin the game it put me straight to the main menu and i got a matchmaking ban because of the games issue, ive gone changed my dns used a vpn nothing helps at all, when i changed the dns as a matter of fact it made my ping worse across every server even my native server by about 100 ping
