Packet loss every other game
New season, same problem, so I am trying again.
It started a couple seasons ago; in random games, no matter the gamemode I wil have incoming packet loss (the left number of the two). It is usually between 40 and 50, it doesn´t matter what server I play on and leaving and reconnecting doesn´t do anything. I know it it neither my hardware, nor my internet connection; I have checked that several times. I am currently on wifi but I had the same problem on cable. Since the problem started I have had different routers, antennas, cables and internet providers. No change.
Some days it is worse, some days it is alright. There is no pattern I could think of.
And since this isn´t the first time I searched for answers I have also tried all the generic and advanced trouble shooting options. Obviously without success.
Oh, and this is an Apex Legends only problem. I play several online games and do not have a problem in any of them, only this game.
As this makes many games unplayable and I hate abandoning my teammates I will ask for help again and hope that maybe this time around we can find a solution.
Edit: Alright so I looked around further and assume it´s just the Telekom (my current internet provider) and EA not really coming to an agreement when it comes to servers. I tried using a VPN and that seems to fix the problem. Kind of a pay2win solution but hey, as long as it works.
