Iam getting Packet Loss randomly for a match and in the Next match its fine again.
And before you type: Please check your Internet connection. My Internet is not the Problem i have tested that several times.
Please improve the Servers so problems like these do not happen its annoying and making the Game unplayable. I have lost hundreds of RP just because i had 20-40% Packet Loss........
EA Staff (Retired)Hey @GG-Dacoge To check which platform are you playing on? Also if you have a moment have you tried the following,
I am Playing on PC and on the Frankfurt2 Server. I have now changed my DNS and will let you know if i see an improvement
Still after changing DNS i am still experiencing Packet Loss in random games.
It has to be on side of the server Respawn pls fix
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @GG-Dacoge I would be happy to share this with the team, To check have you been able to speak with your ISP to see if any issues can be dedicated with the network being used?
Hi @EA_Illium My ISP Telekom/T-Mobil Was made aware of this Problem Years ago and said that due to Apex delivering the Data via an Thrid Party (I think AWS maybe) they cannot fix this and that EA or most likely the Third Party (AWS) need to investigate that Issue.
EA Staff (Retired)That would be very nice I have also traced my connection to frankfurt 2 and Amsterdam if that helps.
And since i have switched to Amsterdam i have only experienced at most 10 Percent Packet loss instead of 30-40 Percent.
