Packet loss since the hotfix and S12

After new update for season 12, unifi (internet service provider) at malaysia facing a problem..

1st - packet loss very high in game.

2nd - teammate cannot enter a game.. Stuck at loby.. This problem did not happened in previous season.

3rd - ping very high in certain game..

        Same thing here , ever since S12 the high packet loss makes game unplayble hence why i did quit the game for the time being. 

        1- No no other game has packet loss for me and i verfied it with many MP games , only Apex

        2-during the Packet Loss game i did run CMD and other program and it showed 0% loss on my end.

        3-Same for most of datacenters but mainly i am playing in Frankfurt 1 and 2.
