Packet loss since the hotfix and S12

This is a 1st time issue, I have never had this problem in a year of playing the game

Since the new season stared and after the hotfix and the server crash that locked the legends and coins, every 3 to 4 games I would get 40-50 packet loss that would not go away until I restated the game. The lag gets worse as I fight other teams and when I die I cannot return to the lobby and need to wait to be timed out

The other games that don't get the packet loss work completely normal.

I have tested EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING, my speed is normal and nothing is slow on my end just that every 3,4 games the game is unplayable

80 ish ping is normal for me, the lowest I get is 60 ish, everything else on my internet works FINE and it has never give me LAG, it also doesnt affect my game when I dont have packet loss

i play on sao paulo servers and the exact same thing has been happening to me. i dont know if its just me but i feel like it takes longer for it to happen if i play on GCE servers, but regardless ever since the hotfix there hasnt been one day i dont get packet loss and it's becoming really frustrating to play. since if i try to quit the match i just get stuck on "connecting to lobby" i've been just hard closing the apliccation when i get packet loss and for my surprise if i load the game fast enough i end up in the same match with no packet loss at all so this means it's definitely something on their end.
