It certainly sounds like this is limited primarily to a specific ISP at the moment. Aside from reaching out to your ISP, please be sure to grab the Server IDs mentioned earlier if you're still having issues after normal connection troubleshooting.
Some have noted this can somewhat be reset by visiting the firing range between matches, though that's absolutely more of a temp workaround to try while this is being looked into.
If you're having this issue regularly, grabbing a screenshot of the Performance Display so we can track the specific Server ID with those issues will help us look into things further. Thanks!
