Hi Guys,
I had the same issue, I tried absolutely everything as @Helkath-Hazzurim did. (Im also using Telekom! 600/60 Mbps, looks like they have * routing to certain EA servers)
But finally DewVPN helped me (you can set up this VPN for selected Apps, so only apex and origin it is for me).
Im from Slovakia and using VPN set for country- Czech republic. When tried countries which are further away from me like Germany, I couldnt even join EA servers..
Last 3 days are finaly without mental breakdown and sadness, hope it stays that way.
I want to change ISP asap, but my landowner prolonged an agreement 1 month ago for another 2 years, sadly I didnt provoke myself to solve this * faster, Orange is the way xD

Edit 1: when packet loss shows up again, I just restart this VPN and after reconnect its ok
