Packs lost from glitch.

(playing on Xbox, Series X) 

I had 47 packs that were unopened & when I went to open them, I encountered a glitch that completely wiped all my packs. I've included a video. I also posted this on Reddit in the r/apexlegends sub but the mods removed it for reasons. 

I'd love to know what can be done about this. I'd appreciate a dialogue. Thank you!
