Party member preprocessing

I have the same issue on ps5 since I hanged the router of ly provider.

The router supports now 6G internet up to 1Gbps.

If I stay a bit in the lobby with a friend, when someone joins the party I dont see them in my screen and, my "ready status" dont change too. I have to leave the party to the main screen and try to rejoin the party again.

Is really anoying, I hope the solution will come soon!!

I saw some similar posts where they reacted on, unfortunately, withouth any solution which works..

I'm a day one player who returned to this game at Season 13. I didn't have this glitch at first during season 0 but having this persist for over a year and still counting is unacceptable. 

This glitch requires us to back out of the game everytime the map or mode rotates if you're playing solo. It's way worse when you try to play with friends because you literally have to back out to the main title screen everytime and rejoin which is even way more annoying, not just for you but the people you're trying to play this with.

EA seriously fix this please.

I actually found a fix.

The problem is likely to do with the router you have. I have both a router and a modem connected and before I would hook up my eternet cord to my router. I moved my eternet cord from my router to my modem and that actually gets rid of the problem. Having to do this is still * as this lowers the download speed on my ps5 from like 750mbps avg to 430mbps avg. This is still primarily Respawn/EA's fault that they cannot make their servers compatible with certain routers, even if you have great internet.

To test if this is the problem for you, you can try using a mobile hotspot while you play. Lemma know if this is the case for you.

This only happens on my main account. If I change to my secondary account the “party member preprocessing” error won’t occur. It has nothing to do with the router I’m afraid
