PC - Mic low on apex while crossplaying with PS4 friends

Question

So, i'm on PC, and i play with friends on PS4.

When i talk, my mic is so low that they are always like "Hey man we can't hear you your mic is too low" but it's apex's fault. When we do play on cold war, or warzone, there is no problem, they do hear me very well, with random people on discord, they do hear me well too

So how can i fix this problem on apex where my mic is so low that they can barely hear me?

ps : sorry for faults, i'm french, i came to the english forums because nobody could help in the french one

i forgot to say that i switched to the voice detection and not the push to talk, and it seems "a bit better" but nothing exceptional

@JessFOU54 I wanted to play with my friend too. He is on PC and im on PS and we tried so much but he can hear me talk and i cant hear him, do you know what’s the problem bro.

We tried so many settings but idk how it’s annoying we have to talk with discord now that’s a disadvantage midgame
