Hi @EA_Barry , yes of course, apologies for the late reply. To be perfectly honest, I am not very well versed in this area and I still do not fully understand however, what they told me was all they changed was my IP address.
The most specific I can be is that it was a public IP and they changed it to a dynamic IP address. After enquiring about that, I still do not really understand how or why that impacted the game but that's what they did and it works completely fine now.

hey, Ive been having this same issue for a while right now and im wondering if changing to a statcic IP from a dynamic one would make a difference? thanks
