my game just freezes after playing for 2 mins. not only the game, whole pc freezes for every 10 seconds after the first freeze. it wasnt like this before.it never happens with any other game, i have rtx 3060 ti along with i5 11400f. PLEASE HELP APEX IS MY FAV GAME
Hey man, i have the EXACT same issue, so i know its not at least something wrong with my hardware.
I have reset my entire PC to fix this issue, i used a good 4 hours trying to fix it but nothing worked. Check my post from earlier, it shows what ive tried to do.
Best bet is to contact support or wait for a higher up to answer in here. Youre not alone lol

I had the same issue as in your video, after some research I was able to fix the issue by going to DEVICE MANAGER, under “Network adapters”, uninstalled “Realtek Gaming 2.5Gbe Family Controller”, and then restarted my computer.
I played 2 games after and I had no issues.

Same issue here only for me it happened after disconnecting my power cord while in game and it's just completely lagged out now
