Perma crashing

Here's what I've tried so far,
- Repaired game files/Verified
- Re-installed the game
- Re-installed to a new drive
- Updated Windows/GPU drivers
- Cleared EAC files and fully deleted them to let them re-install
- Removed all launch options and configs
- Run compatibility
- Adjust page file size up and down
- Disabled anything that could be using an overlay (Discord, NVIDIA, Steam)
And more than likely some other minor random stuff but can't remember off the top of my head. I have been having this issue for weeks now after coming back to the game for the first time in just over a year
