Sometimes there is a syncing issue and then coins aren't given directly to the user's account but after re-logging or in rare cases coins don't appear for the user.
Coins should appear within 24 hours of buying / redeeming the content.
If you haven't received the coins after 24 hours.
You can contact an EA advisor and they will look into this case.

Select Apex Legends, then the platform you are using.
Here you will find the missing content and then Never received content
Now select the contact method you prefer and an advisor will assist you with your problem.
It's been way longer than 24 hours, and I have not received my coins either. You guys really need to do something about it. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if this will result in major backlash in a legal manner.
