I have the same issue unfortunately. I bought the Lifeline Edition at Gamestop and I received all the skins and badge but not the Apex Coins.
yeah im definitely nearing that 72 hour or three day mark and im frustrated as hell.

@a-weird-bird "Unfortunately" it doesn't appear to be affecting all PC folks, so the fix you mentioned wouldn't be viable, but hopefully it's as simple as identifying the "bad batch" of codes and running the appropriate script.
We'll let folks know when there's an update on this.

It looks like some folks did get their coins and just weren't notified, but we want to be sure
