Thank you for the posts, this is being looked into.
@a-weird-bird "Unfortunately" it doesn't appear to be affecting all PC folks, so the fix you mentioned wouldn't be viable, but hopefully it's as simple as identifying the "bad batch" of codes and running the appropriate script.
We'll let folks know when there's an update on this.
Hi, can anyone affected by this now post your current Apex coin balance (ideally with a screenshot)?
It looks like some folks did get their coins and just weren't notified, but we want to be sure

Hi everyone, I'm just having a look into this 🙂
Are all of you playing on PC? Could you please try to fully close Apex Legends and Origin and then boot Origin and Apex Legends, go past the title screen and check if the points show up?
Apologies if you tested this already, but could you please try again and let me know if it fixes it or not?

the fact you guy aren't ready or willing to compensate for this mishap is crazy.
we deserve well over 1000 apex coins for this debacle. we not only got shilled on the package deal but we get to sit around idly as console players get to flaunt their complete package with a disc and you guys haven't even made a public announcement that this issue is a effecting a very large number of players which shows the lack of transparency you guys display in your business practices.

Same here, bought both editions, no coins at all.

received physical edition in mail saturday, redeemed code, got everything but 1000 coins, contacted support via chat, help#52006784, waited 24 hours, still at 150 balance.

Here's mine for my account. I applied both the Lifeline and Bloodhound physical codes to my account on Friday afternoon, around 12:30pm. I got all the cosmetics (I'm currently using the lifeline skin) but none of the Apex Coins were credited to my account. Since I purchased both, there should be a total of 2550 AC in my account.

...How closely did you read the terms and conditions? I mean, I haven't read them at all, but I'd imagine they touch on "obey the forum rules."
On-topic: I for one am definitely still experiencing this issue. Given that multiple EA people showed up in this thread very early on Monday, maybe they'll have some kind of update (substantial or otherwise) early on Tuesday. (Respawn is in California, so presumably it's just around midnight right now for the devs, at time of writing. Maybe they'll post something less than 10 hours after this post. Maybe it'll just say "We're still working on it lol." I'd be fine with that. apparitionca wouldn't be fine with that. shrug.)

Good morning! From what i'm hearing the base cause of this has been found and shouldn't affect folks going forward. If anyone was holding out on redeeming their code due to this issue, you should be good to go now.
For those who already redeemed the code, we're gathering data on who was affected by this so that the coins can be sent out. As i understand this isn't an instant process for technical reasons, but we'll notify folks when there's an update.
