just redeemed my physical copy of lifeline edition, upon login my thanks for purchasing notification appeared and i was able to receive all of my cosmetics but my 1000 apex coins are not present in my account which is frustrating. i need yall to rectify that immediately. the help.origin.com page is also down.
see this is the type of b.s. im talking about with you guys. how do you have NO ETA on a fix when you have literally already told everyone 24 to 48 hours. this is crazy. at what point do you guys not realize we have been massively inconvenienced as well as lied too ? how are you guys not trying to compensate us for that time wasted or misinformation that was literally part of the whole reason we bought a physical copy of a game that is literally a dlc code and not an actual physical copy. consoles got the disc , and their coins.

Dude: It's a complicated problem to fix, since only a certain group of people have the issue. They're trying to fix it all at once. You have not been "massively inconvenienced." It's $10 (or $20 at worst) of virtual currency for a game. You've left the realm of reality if you think that's a "massive inconvenience." They'll fix it. It'll all be fine.
And to reiterate: This happened with very poor timing. The physical editions arrived on Friday, and the devs (reasonably) take the weekend off, so there was the maximum possible delay between the problem and the response. That's just bad luck. I would not wish for them to work weekends for an issue as inconsequential as this. (Although I'm only calling it inconsequential because I believe it will be fixed, and I'm supposing it won't take more than a couple more days at worst. If they literally never fix it then that becomes a pretty large betrayal or even a "crime", but at this point it is simply a bug, and they are working on fixing it.)
received physical edition in mail saturday, redeemed code, got everything but 1000 coins, contacted support via chat, help#52006784, waited 24 hours, still at 150 balance.
same here. it's so frustrating. i just want what's advertised.
had same issues last week with coins when i bought two 100 dollar cards from best buy to add to my account and it said i had invalid codes. they told me to go back to best buy and they were only able to give me my money back. i wanted the halloween skins, just not going to have them unfortunately.
What I wanna know is why did you change the stance from compensating people with the coins to waiting to an unknown amount of time? Scooter on EA Help Facebook compensated a user with proof of purchase and proof of account ownership.
Also, censoring some stuff is okay but censoring the sharing of information in regards to their legal rights is kind of scummy.
I can be patient as long as this is fixed before the end of the Halloween event but after that would be messed up simply put.
Also, if this isn't fixed by the time I get home I'll happily post a screenshot with my apex coin balance.
here we are 3 days later and EA still doesnt give a *. I would I could say i have faith this will be fixed soon but im sure it wont. Last time I had an issue with EA it took 2 months for the problem to be fixed. There is literally no reason we cant be taken care of as a consumer other than the fact than EA cares more about making money than it does about its consumer. I guarantee we will not be compensated for the issue when it is fixed. I understand that the issue needs to be looked into but why not just give the users a code for their coins so that they are taken care of and they do not have to contact back. Not only does this take care of the customer but it also prevents EA customers service from receiving unnecessary contacts and allows their agents to help other people. @EA how poor does your customer service policy have to be before you rethink it. For christs sake, you guys have a 2.2 out 5. How are you not embarrassed by this?
It's almost Tuesday now and I still do not have MICROTRANSACTION that I bought and was advertised to get, this is ridiculous because ther is no problem to buy coins through Origin but somehow you cant add coints to the accounts who have Physical Edition content! Support is now ignoring the problem everywhere, you can't even get a timeline when this issue will be solved, you don't admit this problem publicly! Helloween is a limited time event and i need to get coins asap as promissed!
