Ping is bad, internet is good.

My ping is so bad I can't even play. I have great wifi and when I run a test, I get about 10 ping, 26 download, and 12 upload. I have already chose the closest server to me. For further clarification, I'm getting the latency and prediction error symbol when playing.

If you have a good internet connection and still facing latency/ping/internet errors, it can be due to the NAT type being Strict or Moderate, I will recommend you to contact your ISP and ask him if he could fix it and get you an Open NAT.
If it still doesn't work and you are still facing any issues, it's an issue with the ports of the internet. Contact your ISP and ask him to open these ports

This will definitely solve your problem if you are still facing any issue, it's a problem with your internet and in that case, I will recommend you to use a wired internet connection.

Hi,
I'm constantly getting prediction error (two parallel lines with dots) on PC especially when ring starts to close. It lasts for 5-10 sec and returns back to normal. It ruins the game when I'm in the middle of a fight. I have a decent rig (i7-9750H, RTX 2080 MaxQ) and decent broadband (500 mb, 200 on speedtest). My server ping is around 40ms. Can somebody help pls?
