Playstation 4 error CE-34878-0 almost every 1 hour crashing game

Im having this error for like 2-3 days since new update came up cant even play cuz every one hour i get this error CE-34878-0

You are not the only one my guy, I have been trying to contact for awhile now and been all over forms trying to get some help, doesn't seem like they care atm
