I am having an Unexpected Disconnects issue during my game

Why would I get disconnected from ongoing game and not join back again ? My game freezes for a 10 seconds and then I am being disconnected. Whenever I try to reconnect my last game I am not able to join it. Moreover I lost 38 points.
