Where is that on the game or app itself? All I see is upload/download saved data.
There is no option to delete saved data, do you mean delete the app?

Hey Arroyas42,
Thanks for taking the time to share what you've tried so far.
If you haven't already, some players found the following troubleshooting steps helpful in resolving the same error code:
- Go to Saved Data and Game/App Settings
- Select Upload or Delete from Console Storage
- Choose Apex Legends and click 'Delete'
In the meantime, I've merged your post with the main thread for this issue. Let us know if the error persists afterward, thanks! - Arroyas421 hour agoNewcomer
Hi i’ve been playing apex legends for years and all of a sudden I think since the power trip event update I haven’t been able to even load in I get an error code. I have tried all the troubleshooting solutions on my playstation literally everything from restoring cache data, deleting and reinstalling, tweaking some settings and even resetting my entire ps5. Every other game is perfectly fine except Apex. I called playstation support and said to contact you guys at EA because it seems to be some other problem. Please help just tryna get back on the game I love. Just want to know if I can do something to fix it or are you guys going to come out with an update to fix it. Thank you guys have a good one.

Is it better now?
When i press enter on the game on my ps5 it shows the loading screen for a second then the screen turns black then it says "something went wrong with game or app" its been like this for the past week i deleted and re-installed 3 times, i rebuilt my database, i restored the license, completely restarted my ps5, and i even talked to playstation support to see if they could help and nope i still get the same results.
I have been back to apex for about 4 weeks now and everyday i’ve played it keeps crashing mid game and im getting ban penalties for it. i’ve done everything i’ve read about it and it’s still consistently crashing. i’ve spent way too much money on this for it to not even work

If you are on PS you need to head to settings - Saved Data and Game/App Settings - Upload or Delete from console storage - Delete. And Delete your Apex Data. THIS DOES NOT RESET YOUR ACCOUNT. I think the bug is corrupted files stored in the cloud. So with this method you are removing the cloud save amd running the game on the console save. I then syncing my data OVERWRITTING THE CLOUD SAVE and I just had to redo my settings and sensitivity
A few things:
- Did this help resolve the issue for everyone or just for some?
- Correct, your Apex progress is stored on your EA Account, so wiping the local data on your PlayStation will not delete your Apex progress, (just don't unlink your EA Account)
