Therefore, I am writing here, and the real problem is that no one on this site can help. Why am I not receiving better treatment from technical support? I feel as though I have committed an unforgivable crime. Therefore, I kindly request that this issue be escalated to the officials in charge of technical support.
- Midnight97462 years agoHero+@K9X_Anas I understand. Just unfortunately ban-related issues cannot be handled on the forums. The EA TOS Team are the only ones who handle these types of issues.
- 2 years ago@Midnight9746 Thank you very much. However, has there ever been a case where a ban was lifted in similar situations? I have reviewed similar cases to mine and received the same response. Therefore, I believe this issue requires a fundamental solution from the responsible authorities. Losing an account due to such actions is truly harmful and completely unfair.
Can you tell me how I can convince technical support or the team responsible for the ban to at least reduce the penalty? Is there a template that can help clarify my seriousness, remorse, and commitment to never repeat this behavior while adhering to all rules?
Honestly, for the first time in my life, I feel completely helpless when it comes to a ban and reaching out for a solution to the problem.
