Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
I'm afraid there is not a way to transfer progress from one account to another. Additionally, keep in mind that each EA account can only be linked to one account from each other platform. That would mean once a PSN account is linked to an EA account, you would not be able to link a different PSN even if you unlink the first.
If you're having trouble accessing your own EA account, you can contact support directly so they can try to verify and help update any necessary account details. If that was instead linked to someone else's EA account, they would need to reach out to support instead.
I am not trying to transfer an account to another one I am trying to log in my account on pc how can I do it without ps account. I tried to contact with support team but they didn’t came back to my message. Can you link my account to an e mail?

If you've logged into Apex (or another EA game) on PlayStation, it's already linked to an EA account. If you're wanting to use that same EA account to play on PC, you'd just need to make sure you're logging into the EA app with that same EA account information. If you're playing through Steam, you'll be prompted to link your Steam to an EA account as well, so it just comes back to knowing the EA account information.
If you don't have access to the EA account or aren't sure where your PSN account is linked, you'll want to contact support. If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with support so they can take a look.
