Pocket loss and connection issues still ongoing

I wanna say I've done every suggestion mentioned here from the Apex team to fellow players, to TCP optimizer to regedits and youtube to fix this problem. I can connect to Apex without fail no issues in the lobby or even PRE-jump but as soon as the countdown hits 0 my "loss" goes from 0 to any number between 10 and 35 I can land and run around and the numbers keep jumping sometimes they get into single digits but everyone is just jumping around my screen while my fps stays normal. This was not an issue during the end of season 6 so I don't understand what happened. I can play every other game I have just fine but for some reason, apex gives me the most trouble. There is also no packet loss Red signs or anything showing I'm having connection issues.

Ryzen 3900XT

1060 3GB ( All settings are low or off. I know there's bottleneck but it was never an issue before)

32GB RAM

WIN 10 PRO

Spectrum 400/20 ( Stable connection)

All drivers, software etc has been updated

    Hey @BorisBlock

    From what you've described it sounds like this is most likely a connectivity-related issue rather than a hardware issue. I am curious if there might be something else running on your PC that's related, though. If you haven't already can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that makes any difference at all? If there is something else running running on your PC that is related to this issue that may help to get around it.

    For more information on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still running into this same issue afterward. Thanks!

  • I've tried that already too and no luck :c There's just something between me and apex during matches that interferes with everything. Playing with no preferred DNS makes the problem worse if that gives any hint or idea into anything.

    @BorisBlock

    Hmm, I see. That is pretty strange.

    Which datacenter are you currently connecting to? Have you tried connecting to any others to test and see if this same issue is still happening on those as well?

    /Kent

  • My main datacenters are the Oregon ones I went and tried all different data centers even overseas centers and it's still happening, sometimes the ones that would say zero packet loss would then have packet loss after a match. Everything works and runs perfectly fine until the match actually starts, the same happens in the firing range tho it's not as severe.

    @BorisBlock

    Thank you for following up!

    When you've got the chance could you try running a UO Trace so we can take a look? That should give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there is something happening in between we might be able to spot it.

    For more information how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Once you have the results please send them to me in a direct message. Thanks again.

  • Famous scripted answer. "its our faults"(players) when 1,000s+ have the same problem

  • So I ended up getting a new gfx card and it helped a bit with the rubberbanding but I was still getting huge packet loss. The weird part was it would start with packet loss during games but as the game continued the packet loss would drop to 0 by like mid/late game. I then did a complete uninstall but was suggested by a friend to completely erase any trace of Apex. So I deleted the Respawn folder and everything EA I reinstalled it and everything works fine now...
