Poor Quality Connection From China (But I may have a solution)

I'm a British national living in, and playing the game from China, specifically the northeast of China.

We all know the 'unique' internet here can be a challenge for non-Chinese games to get stable connections.  Many foreign games have this problem.  In China, the connections to and from 'outside' sources are routinely throttled or suffer from packet loss for whatever reasons.  Meaning a lot of players here can't properly play the game due to severe lag.  

There are some areas of China which seem to be ok, and have a clear connection to the data centre, but other regions don't.  The north of China has this problem and Apex Legends becomes almost impossible to play, unless using a good VPN, which itself stabilises things but results in much higher pings.  Putting one at a large disadvantage.  

However...I do know of a server provider based in HK that has specific connections the ISP backbone of all providers within China, meaning that all connections to this provider allow for a significantly improved experience.  

In my case, connecting to HK with the usual providers that western game companies use will get me a 400 ping and around 35% packet loss.  It's clear they are being throttled.  

But with the aforementioned provider in HK, I get a 35 ping with 0% packet loss, very stable!  There is an online MMO called Will to Live Online that uses this provider, and the experience is silky smooth.  (This is how I first became aware of them)

I would like to ask if a developer or moderator are willing to PM me with the interest of helping this situation, or reply to this thread, and I will provide the details for this provider so they may investigate and possibly try them.  I ask for a PM or reply because I don't want to be mistaken for an advertiser.  I don't work for them, I'm not sponsored in any way, I'm just a player who has struggled for many years to play online games from this country, who wants to have the best experience possible, and has only recently been made aware of this server provider.

A strongly recommend you investigate this, as there are hundred of thousands, if not millions of players in this country that would want to play and enjoy the game, but are unable or give up because of the poor connection.  That's a lot of business you're missing!  This server provider may very well be of great benefit for both yourselves as a company and the players alike.  It's win-win for such a huge market here.
