Prediction error + lags + texture taking time to load

Hey @steaIthy-banana. 

Looking through the DxDiag you attached there was something that stood out to me. It looks like Windows Explorer has been crashing, which might point to some corrupted system files. 

When you have a chance can you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if that helps at all? If there is an issue with system files that may help. For more info on how to run it check out the Microsoft Support website.

I did what you just proposed and it seemed like there was indeed some problems but at the end of the scan, the command prompte said that it sucsessfully repaired the errors. i added to this message the log in case it could help. It unfortunately didn't fix the problem, I still have massive lags and predictions errors even in firing range :c

I'm adding all the information i can as I don't know where the problem comes from :

When i lunch the game, the server i'm in  show that my ping seem relatively low (~60ms) and that i don't seem to have any packet loss (0% always)

Furthemore i added 1 picture, it shows how the game stay for 1 min befor displaying my username and the legend i last played with (I have to wait 1 min before the legend and my name display but everything display fine ). I noticed it was doing this  all the time when i log in but not after a match. 

i put this in my launch options

-refresh 140 +fps_max 140 -high -threads 6 -cl_forcepreload 1

i have a 165hz monitor but 140 seemed to work fine

"-threads X" depends on your processor, apex will use all your cores but i heard using 1 less helps?

try it if you want!

thanks, it fixed the lags and the prediction error too apparently. However, I have another problem now ^^' ... the textures seem to take some time to load : when i pickup a gun it's displaying as transparent/invisible in my hand and all the sounds seem weird, when someone is firing sometimes i don't hear the guns and some voicelines too ? do you have the same problem ? 

i dont seem to have those problems at the moment

i always go into the firing range after booting up my computer for the first time

you could try changing preload to 0 or removing -high, or just removing both

didn't helped, the textures still takes a lot of time to load, i'll try to search in other forums. Thanks again for your initial help, it fixed the biggest problem ! 

actually the game is still hardly playable ... there is still lags and freeze even with the startup option you proposed : they made the game a bit smoother but the sounds are messed up and there are still lags durings gunfights ... I don't know what else to do ...

thank you for your help, i'll try everything you said but for now I am reinstalling the game one again and it'll take some time xD
