@HocusPocusMeow Ay im glad that worked! My issues went away at the start of s14 so i believe it was a server sided error that got patched. Im on pc and haven’t seen nearly as many people reporting this issue this season (although there’s still people encountering it).

I haven't heard of any server-sided patches that should've resolved this issue.
Personally I believe that certain servers have this issue, so it can sometimes persist and go away due to you switching to another server.
I too started having this issue this week and haven't been able to find any solution. The game is unplayable.
Have tried every possible solution found on the internet and this keeps happening.
Any advice? I have i3 8350k cpu and GTX 1660ti gpu and i think this setup is causing the problems, but all of sudden? The game has been running well since this week...
