Prime Gaming + Twitch not connecting with EA :/

Question

Prime Gaming + Twitch + EA account not really connecting, trying for about 5 hours, did every step but the connection is not showing on the EA account under "Connections.

*Screenshots Language is Portuguese, but I'm sure anyone can understand it

Is it possible that your Twitch account might have been connected to a different EA Account at some point?&nbsp;

My EA account was connected to another Amazon/Prime account
