Prime Gaming caused progress to be lost

Hello, I’m currently frustrated with EA. I linked my prime to get the cosmetics and everything. Then, when I loaded in, it gave me everything. But, I noticed that my account had been wiped. I didn’t have any of my champions and all of my apex coins were gone. Everything was gone and I contacted support, they couldn’t help me! I really need some help and I want my game progress back.

    I think it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to see if the account was unlinked. 

    For more info on how to reach them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

    Hi @SDarkVoidS

    That should only happen if you unlink your platform account from your EA Account. Did you unlink your account before you connected it with Twitch?

  • I don’t recall doing that. If that were to happen, how can I check that or how can I get my progress back?
