Prime Gaming loot does not show up in game
Hello, I have already contacted the EA help (Case #171453147) but they could not help so I am writing here for visibility.
Although I have claimed a prime gaming drop 2 days ago the pack does not show in game. I have tried unlinking and linking my accounts, tried linking my accounts again on incognito mode etc. but no luck.
Any people with similar experiences and if so does anyone have a solution?
