Profile not permitted to play online
I’ve been locked out of Apex since season 12 saying profile not permitted to play online. Tried all the fixes in the forums, re-installed the game three times and checked to confirm I’m not banned

I also had this problem around season 9 or 12, Im able to play sometimes but I have to close and open the game multiple times, Im not banned or anything,I talked to EA support and they told me to ask here in hopes the thecnical team fix it.
After the initial load screen('Continue' screen) do not hit 'continue' fast, wait for 30 seconds and click 'Continue'.
