PS4 Apex not sending password reset email
I hope this spiel makes sense, lol.
So, the EA account I am signed in with on here is linked to my Xbox, Origin, Steam, and Switch Apex. I have a PS4 Apex as well, but it is not under the "connections" tab of my account for some reason. The email is the same, however ([edit: email address removed]), because when I try to log in on PS4 and it tells me my password needs reset, it tells me the link has been sent to "sp*****@hotmail.com", so clearly the email I am posting this from. But again, my PS4 Apex is not connected to this EA account, but the email appears to be shared. I dunno.
Regardless, I am checking every email I have had for the last 15 years and I am not seeing a reset link. I tried this with live chat support but apparently gave them the wrong information at the time somehow. Hoping for some help. I have all my info for my Xbox/Switch/Origin/Steam EA account here on hand, but I don't actually know if that's what I need since the PS4 account in question is not under the connections tab of my EA account. Very confused.
