PS4 connection to lobby issues with crossplay

So my situation is difficult to explain but I'll try my best to explain it. I am trying to play with a friend on Xbox while I am on PS4, every time I go back to the lobby it says that my friend is at LVL 1 (which is not the case) and I cant leave the party without exiting the game. However when I try and restart the game it says that the EA servers are unreachable at the time. Restarting my PS4 fixes it but it happens after one game played 100% of the time. How can I fix this? Or is this a bug that is involved with cross-play? I haven't had a problem with my PC friends, but it's only with Xbox.

@EA_Atic I changed networks and so far everything is good. I'll update you when I play with my crossplay friend again, because that is usually when it happens.

Hey, @Lojod sounds like network issue, have you tried our connective guide and see if that helps?

Also what is your NAT on the PS4? You can find it under network settings on the PS4..

Let us know what you tried.

@EA_Atic I changed networks and so far everything is good. I'll update you when I play with my crossplay friend again, because that is usually when it happens.

@EA_Atic ever since cross play was added i can only queue on crossplay but I don't always want to play with other platforms.
