PS4 First gen jet engine

Apex Legends turn ps4 first gen into a jet engine, I played apex legends on PS4 since S1, and from S4 I observe that after entered in the lobby my fan goes to full speed, and I tested this in anothers games like NFS and it doesn't do that

* I clean the PS4 from dust

* I put a new thermal paste and pads

* PS4 is out of warranty

Still do this

Any suggestion?
