Ps4 pro boost not hitting 60 fps

Ever since they patched the crashes i never got the performance i was getting before, im running the game on a 7200 ps4 pro(boost on) and noticed the frames are locked to 30fps while dropping in and i get massive dips during big gunfights, worse than a regular ps4 sometimes.

Game hasnt crashed since, not even once. But now i feel that im not getting the full potencial that the console can offer tho.

I hope there is more optimization on the way for season 5

I would rather have a steady 60fps experience on a game that looks ok that 30-40fps with nice graphics.

Does anyone have any insight on this?
