PS5 account link issue
Hii.
my brother ps5 account was hacked, we tried to link his ea account to another ps5 account but it says its cant be done its 1 time link for ps5 how can he get back his account linked to another ps5 account ?
Hi there, sorry to hear your brother’s PlayStation account was compromised.
In this situation, we don’t recommend trying to change the PlayStation account linked to the EA Account. The best way to resolve this would be to contact PlayStation Support and recover access to the original PSN account.
Once access is restored, he can continue using the same PSN account that was already linked to his EA Account.
