Ps5 server select/matchmaking/party issues

Greetings,

I have been having a great amount of issues with Apex on my PS5 (digital) and my sisters PS4 (slim) for almost 2 monthes now (only Apex other games are fine).

Our consoles are connected by a caple to a 200 Megabits fiber optic connections, UPNP is on, I have opened all the required ports on my router for PSN and Apex. I have resetted my router, power cycled my console, redownload the game and changed the DNS many times. I even contacted my ISP and they sent some one to check my connection and they said everything is fine.

The issues that I still have are:

1. Almost every time I open Apex I get: error code 449, retriving matchmaking list or cant connect to PSN OR EA servers, and when I dontget those , the data center screen is empty. I can login normally after alot of tries, someties it takes up to half an hour and a couple of times I couldn't connect at all in one night.

2. After Iogin to the game in the lobby the massge of the day dosn't appear until a minute or 2 in that time the player tag above the legend says "player" for long time and doesn't load my player name and when everything load when I try to play any game mode its stuck at prepossessing for a very long time (5-15 minutes) or some times it says party not ready altho I am alone in the party and ready. also in a few occasions the gamemode switchs to oreintation matches and I can't choose anything else. 

3. If after I log in I try to join a friend party or they try to join me, it takes a very long time to do so and when we finally join party everything and we both ready up, on my screen it doesn't say we are ready like there is a delay up 20 seconds or more sometime , and after that still it will say party not ready or get stuck at prepossessing and almost every time my part go to the match without me and on the rare occasion that I get to the match  I am directly on the plane without the legend select screen and after the game ends I find my self out of part or on the server select screen.

4. the report after each game always says that i got 0 poits regardls of winning or daying of drop, untill I close and open it again or restart the game to show the correct points, and many time it dose not give me my actual points.

 I filed a bug report about this a few weeks back thinking it has to do with croossplatform freinds but now I know that it doesn't, and I sreached online many times to see if any one had the same issues but only found a post about this recently on website called getdroiedtips and the post titled "Fix: Unable to Play Apex Legends on PS4/PS5 (lobby screen error)", it says that many players are having some of my issues and the fix for playstation is to open a speed test form console sittings and not let it finish, I triyed it and this just sped up the sever select and the matchmaking a little bit not fix the issues, and for partys when I speed test it kicks me to the server select screen every time.

I apologies for this long massage, but I really enjoy and absolutely love Apex and try to make time to play it, and you can only imagine how this issues affected me. So please I am in disparate need for your help.
