psn account has been linked to another ea account which I do not know

Hey @sm_windsmoon

Our support team will need to check your account if its status says disabled.

Please open the page in a new incognito tab and submit your case without logging in.

On the EA Help homepage

Select the EA App

Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in

You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help

Select Continue without logging in

This should give you the chat/email option
