All of my cosmetics are gone, but my stats remain

I recently reinstalled Apex after years of having it not installed on my Xbox only to find out that all of my cosmetics were gone. I had 3 different heirlooms on the account taken, hundreds of legendary skins, and every other cosmetic including even event ones. The crazy thing is though my stats still remain and I can see all of my old ranked stats and everything. I also still have all of my badges and trackers for the legends. The game seems to have saved all of my data just not my cosmetics.
