Road to Rank

The challenge "Restore 500 shields with shield cell, shield battery, or phoneix kit" inn the Road to Ranked (Boot Camp) has not been working. Its just stuck at 0 with no progess gained or anything. Ive tried every mode possible to see and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated
