Purchased Steam DLC doesn't show up in game

So I've purchased a DLC on steam (Defiance Pack) two years ago, I got everything from it back then. But after not playing the game for a long time and reinstalling it this last month, all the stuff from the DLC is gone. The DLC shows as active in my steam library, but it doesn't work in game. I would be grateful for help.
