Purchased the Lifeline Edition of Apex Legends and have none of the content

As stated above, I purchased a sealed copy of Apex Legends Lifeline Edition for Xbox from eBay, and I redeemed the code inside for the Apex Coins and cosmetics and none of them have shown up in game....

    Hi @korin07 For a list of trusted PC retailers that sell EA games, you can find a list in our help article: Where to buy EA PC digital download games. 

    If you have redeemed the codes purchased and waited for 24 hrs for the content to appear, Only our support would be able to take a look into this further and see if it would be possible to grant the missing content. 

    If they advised they are unable to grant the content, then your best bet would be to return to eBay to see if a refund is possible.
