Question about cross-progression and "a period of weeks".

Hello. I still don't see the cross-progression prompt on my account, but I have a few questions, so I started a topic.

1) When you say "cross-progressions will be available gradually over the next few weeks", does that "few weeks" start with Respawn's tweet a few days ago and the wave that was implemented almost simultaneously with that tweet? Or does it start with something else?

2) I am concerned that the cross-progression is later than originally planned. I plan to play Apex more than usual during the holiday season because I have a lot of time to play. Will there be data integration in my account by the time the year-end and mid-season updates (early January, if we follow Season 15 a year ago) are delivered at the latest (assuming cross-progression proceeds at the current pace)?

I know that cross-progression is a very difficult task, but I would appreciate it if you could reply to me even when you are free.

I'll go ahead and say that, thank you!

The rollout started with the release of S19 (As far I'm aware), so the few weeks in mention will start from that point in time.

They're currently trying their best to roll it out ASAP, they'll be rolling out some more waves in the upcoming weeks according to this Tweet.

So far it seems like they're still on schedule, so hopefully it'll be completely rolled out before the start of next year.

I'd recommend checking out this thread(Cross Progression Confirmed)  every so often as it will include information about waves being delayed and more.

  • Because at the beginning of the season and now, EA has clearly stated that it is 'the next few weeks. Which 'days' or 'weeks' should we believe, the initial statement or the tweet from a few days ago?

The entire rollout will take a few weeks.

The tweet in mention is for the upcoming rollouts, so they're planning to roll out some waves to players in the upcoming few days, though they aren't expecting to fully release it within a few days.

For the entire rollout it's best to expect that it will take a few weeks, though the frequency of waves may fluctuate between weeks.

So some weeks might have more rollouts compared to others, it all depends on the amount of issues they have.

  • Hi @XHelperZ Sorry for the confusing sentence. My intention in writing was that the cross-progression wave would take additional time than the 'several weeks' that was said at the beginning of the season, due to the period of time that it was interrupted by bug fixes, etc. (EA said 'a few weeks' both at the beginning of the season and just recently, so I believe the approximate time frame that applies to everyone has also been extended due to bugs and other factors.)
