Question about twitch prime loot for apex legends on console

i was trying to get the apex legends twitch prime pack so i was going along doing the stuff and it said link your EA acount so you can get the twitch prime pack so i typed in my psn info and it said like this account does not exist something like that and aperantly i did not have a origin account and i thought that if u owned a EA game than it would make a origin/EA account auto i have 6 EA games that i didnt have my account linked to yet i did all the stuff i needed a origin account for so now im trying to figure out how to link my psn account to my origin account and all the youtube videos i have seen none of them explain it good so i need some one to tell me how to link my psn and my origin account. pls help

You have to link your Twitch Prime Account to your EA account. 

Done that, still nothing

You need to confirm if you linked a correct EA account to your twitch

To see what is the EA account linked to your console, you can follow this step

1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/

2. Click Log in (New log in window will pop up)

3.At the bottom of sign in page, you will see 3 options to sign in "Facebook, PSN, xBox Live" - Sign in using your console account (Sony or Microsoft account)

4.Click "ACCOUNTS" and Select change email address (You will see what is the correct email address / EA account linked to your console)

After I followed all the steps of putting in my amazon prime account and linking it to twitch then linking it to EA,I realized it never once asked me for my Xbox gamer tag. Apex isnt linked to my EA account so it's not connected to my Xbox account whatsoever. All of these steps have no trace to my Xbox account. Did it ask you for your PSN? Or is your EA account linked to apex already or smtn?

i had the exact same problem, no matter what i did i linked anything was necessary to be linked ( amazon prime/ twitch, twitch and EA, EA and PSN) I couldn't get the loot pack.

IN THE END

I logged in twitch from my ps4 (since it has the browser for internet) everything was already linked from all the work done before this attempt, and i was actually able to broke into the endless repetitive tabs of twitch prime that brought me to the '' CLAIMED WITH SUCCESS'' message and finally the skin and 5 packs were actually in the game.

RECAP:

start your console  and use the browser

go to twitch from there 

log in and link all the stuff that is needed

HIT CLAIM NOW 

It should work ( IT WORKED FOR ME)

I had this same issue and it was because I had linked to an old EA account for EA sports games. There's no way to know this though on PS4 except by opening one of those games (madden, FIFA, etc) and going to settings and checking the account. That's literally the only way, and it will list the account linked to both your EA games and your PS4, Apex will never tell you this and your EA account won't either. I re-linked my twitch account to the old EA account and claimed the rewards and it worked after weeks of getting nowhere.
