Question about twitch prime loot for apex legends on console

So recently I found out you could get a skin for pathfinder in apex legends but when I followed all the steps linked my EA account and twitch account I didn’t gets the skin and 5 apex packs I recent ...

Done that, still nothing

You need to confirm if you linked a correct EA account to your twitch

To see what is the EA account linked to your console, you can follow this step

1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/

2. Click Log in (New log in window will pop up)

3.At the bottom of sign in page, you will see 3 options to sign in "Facebook, PSN, xBox Live" - Sign in using your console account (Sony or Microsoft account)

4.Click "ACCOUNTS" and Select change email address (You will see what is the correct email address / EA account linked to your console)

If you link your Twitch account to a wrong EA account, you can still un link, check the process here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/apex-legends/apex-legends/apex-legends-and-twitch#unlink
