r5apex.exe never exits and cannot be killed

Here's a temp option (I say option as I have not conducted enough test) but -
I noticed there were two r5apex*.exe in the game directory. I renamed r5apex_dx12.exe to r5apex_dx12.exe.gone and it so far is closing right away now. Before it would stay open. Worth a shot

- @SpelunkyMunkey Yeah it JUST happened to me now. God this is annoying. Especially since I have fan profiles and audio profiles for certain processes. They don't even care either
