Rampart heirloom not unlocking

I've bought the evolution event packs and I've unlocked all 24 items but it wont let me unlock or equip the Rampart heirloom at all. I've tried restarting the game and waited a few hours but its not working. I'm really frustrated that it wont give the the heirloom after spending money.

    @EA_David It won't let me upload a clip but here's a couple pictures of the fully completed battle pass and then one on the homescreen with my username and it saying that I've completed the battlepass.
