Random high ping every other match

Hi, As of late (around 2 weeks) my ping in Apex Legends have bounced up to around 200-220 every 3rd to 4th game. This happens randomly although my internet connection is wired and stable. I'm from...

i seriously hope they fix this soon. i don't really feel like playing the game anymore since it happens so often in ranked matches.

I tried to restrict the servers that I can get on, but the issue still comes up every other game.

So far VPN works but it bumps my average ping up by around 20ms. Any other fixes for the issue at the moment?
